When you submit the booking form we collect the name, email address and phone number you enter, the program you select, an optional student age, your preferred contact method, any message you write, and the page you submitted from. We ask for a student age only to place a child in the right class group — please do not send us any other information about a child.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about your introductory classes and to answer your questions about training here. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that store our records and deliver our notifications.
Marketing messages
Submitting the form is consent to be contacted about your enquiry. It is not consent to marketing text messages. If we ever offer a marketing text programme, it will be a separate, clearly labelled opt-in.
Analytics
If website analytics is enabled, it records anonymous usage such as pages viewed and buttons tapped, so we can see which parts of the site are useful. It is not used to identify you personally.
