Students practice speaking up, trying difficult skills in front of others, and finishing what they start.
Classes are built around short, clear instructions, so children practice paying attention and following directions.
Mat rules, bowing, and belt requirements give children consistent structure they can understand.
Kicking, blocking, balance and agility drills develop coordination through active, engaging movement.
Respect for instructors, parents, teammates and self is taught directly and reinforced every class.
Belt progression is earned over time, so students practice working through things that are hard at first.

Kids Martial Arts classes run on set days by age group. Call the Cumming academy or request your two free classes and we'll confirm the current times.

Parents often come to us with the same goals: a child who listens better, participates more, handles frustration without giving up, and feels more sure of themselves at school. Martial arts can help by giving children a consistent structure, clear expectations, and visible progress they earn themselves. Our instructors are trained to correct kindly, celebrate effort, and keep every class positive.
No experience needed. Beginners start in an age-appropriate group with a white belt, and instructors teach every movement step by step.
